We didn’t set out to start a home store, not really. it was just the two of us, trying to make our space feel... better. softer. warmer. Life gets busy, and home should be the one place that slows you down. We were tired of harsh lights and stuff that looked nice but didn’t feel like us. So we started picking out things we loved—lamps with a warm glow, soft throws we could sink into, small decor pieces that made the room feel lived-in, not staged.

Friends would come over and say, “where’d you get that?” and honestly, half the time we didn’t have an answer. so we started sourcing. carefully, slowly. Just the pieces we’d want in our own home. and before long, lights & comfort was born—not from a big idea, but from small moments that mattered.
